Don’t feel like going alone? Have a friend that you want to train with? Or you both need motivation? With “Buddy Sessions” these are a 30min time slots only and restricted to 2 people. Motivate each other with a Buddy value PT pack. 10 x 30 minute sessions in total for 2 people for $800 ($400 per person) *please note when paying via website there is a $15 credit card processing fee contact me direct to avoid these fees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We are completely committed to providing you with results and understand that your desire to improve is of paramount importance, therefore we have created a very strict cancellation policy. This policy will keep you committed and also protects your trainer’s peak operating times. - I acknowledge that all sessions are to be paid in advance and I acknowledge that sessions are not refundable there is a minimum cancellation policy for each session. - A no- show or cancellation within 8 hours of the scheduled training time will incur a full fee payment. - A cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled training time will attract a 50% fee. - A cancellation outside of 24 hours will be rescheduled to another time slot with no cancellation fee. - Obviously in exceptional circumstances these fees may be waivered, and this will be at the discretion of the individual trainer. All information provided will be kept in strictest confidence.
